
Eat Well Pay Less
TAP has joined forces with the Working Men’s College in running an exciting new course Eat Well Pay Less that will run on Friday mornings from 10 am to 2 pm.
The course will have an innovative twist in that it explores healthy and cost-effective eating while building confidence with numbers. You will also be able to enjoy a delicious sit-down lunch together.
During these sessions we will be looking at:-
- Finding what is the right size of portions of food to keep you healthy
- Avoiding buying too much food or food that is bad for you
- Learning to cook in ways that keeps costs down
- Understanding food labels when shopping
- Good ways to save money using leftovers
