Gentle Yoga
This gentle seated yoga is taught by Katia Peskova from Camden adult community learning (ACL) and popular with our Bangladeshi members. The physical benefits of yoga can include; increased flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, improved respiration, energy and vitality, maintaining a balanced metabolism, weight reduction and cardio and circulatory health. Charlotte is also available on a 1 to 1 basis for new students and those who feel they need a little bit of extra help and support. You will need to complete an enrolment form for Camden ACL and a course diary.
