Women’s Aerobics & Cooking on a Budget
One of our most popular classes, facilitator Philomena Chacko- a very knowledgeable and multi-talented sessional worker of many years standing. It offers a wide range of workout and aerobics options that you can easily take part in person at the centre or from your own home via zoom. An important part of the club session is the question and answer session and a weekly Health Talk on topics suggested by participants.
