Chair-Based Exercise
This highly popular and sociable class known as Use it or Lose it! is run by long time TAP sessional instructor – Susan Lucas- and is fun and an enjoyable way to get fit and for people with a wide range of abilities. It is a good entry level class for those who perhaps haven’t regularly exercised for some while and the group really do motivate each other to do the physical moves often to music. You will be asked some health questions when you first join.
